Sincere Thanks to the Nursing and Medical Team of KPJ Penang To the Nurses of Orchid Ward and the OT Department, KPJ Penang, I would like to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to all the nurses for the excellent, professional, and sincere care that was given to my son throughout his stay in the hospital. My son has just been discharged from the hospital, and I am very grateful and thankful for the excellent nursing care, full of patience, concern, and compassion throughout that period. The care provided was not only professional, but also done with sincerity. It meant a lot to our family, especially since my son is a “child of heaven” — autism — who requires understanding, patience, and gentle treatment. The dedication and empathy shown has had a huge and calming impact on our family. I would also like to express my gratitude to the doctor who treated my son, Dr. Wan Najmi bin Wan Daud, Surgeon, for his professionalism, expertise, and clear explanations throughout my son’s treatment. We felt confident and calm under his care.
