Recalling that night when I rushed into KPJ with my son who had an accidental head injury, I was so anxious, and on top of that, he caught a haze-related pneumonia and was also having a fever 🤒. Thank you to the surgeon Dr. Wan Najmi, the anesthetist, and pediatrician Dr. Lee from the three departments for their meticulous care, as well as physiotherapist Iffah for her daily care for my son. After 5 days and 4 nights of medical care, we are able to be discharged! Along the way, when taking my son for an X-ray and during the surgery, the nurses took meticulous care of both mother and son until our discharge. The head nurse is a short-haired Chinese woman who handles crises calmly, explains things in detail, and has 💯 responsibility. It was my first time staying at KPJ, the treatment was good, and the food portions were very generous so we were never hungry 🤭❤️

4D/3N stay at flora ward... everything is satisfied.. friendly nurse... only the food does not satisfy the appetite.. lacks variety... Dr Wan is also good... very friendly... detailed explanation about my illness... highly recommended… tq all the Flora staff 🩷 …

My son has just been discharged from the hospital, and I am very grateful and thankful for the excellent nursing care, full of patience, concern, and compassion throughout that period. The care provided was not only professional, but also done with sincerity. It meant a lot to our family, especially since my son is a “child of heaven” — autism — who requires understanding, patience, and gentle treatment. The dedication and empathy shown has had a huge and calming impact on our family.
