Recently, my husband was admitted to KPJ Shah Alam Hospital and stayed in ward 3A. The service from all the staff nurses was indeed friendly and approachable towards patients. Nurse Qistina is skilled at administering injections and finding veins. My husband said she is very good at it ☺️. The other nurses are also excellent, attentive to patients, speaking gently, and responding quickly when called. They are good at handling the whims of patients' children, even with a lot of work, they can still manage. Thank you very much to the staff nurses of 3A. To Dr. Goh, I am extremely satisfied. He is very helpful and patient in dealing with patients' demands. First-class service. My mother consulted with Dr. Goh Teik Chiang last month. After Dr. Goh Teik Chiang's thorough explanation, she fully understood the surgery required and immediately decided to have Dr. Goh Teik Chiang perform her knee replacement surgery. Post-surgery, at Dr. Goh Teik Chiang's encouragement, my mother followed medical advice and diligently underwent physical therapy, allowing her to be discharged three days after the operation to recuperate at home. Dr. Goh Teik Chiang was very thoughtful, frequently checking in on my mother, inquiring about any discomfort, and providing timely, accurate guidance and advice. Dr. Goh generously offered encouragement, filling my mother with anticipation for her life post-recovery, giving her the confidence that she would be able to move freely after the recuperation period, and even start planning for travel.
