Dr. Michael Ong Ah Hup is a phenomenal clinician. His expertise is matched by his calm and patient demeanor; he took the time to explain every detail of my treatment, ensuring I felt completely at ease and informed. His precision and bedside manner are truly top-tier. The nursing staff, Nurse Bhanu and Nurse Mariah, were incredibly attentive and efficient. They worked seamlessly alongside the doctor, constantly checking on my comfort and making the clinical environment feel warm and supportive. Finally, a special mention to Norfizan at the reception desk eye center .She made the registration and scheduling process smooth and stress-free. Her welcoming attitude and organized approach set a positive tone for the entire visit.
