My son underwent a major spinal surgery at Sunway Medical Centre Penang on 22 April 2026, performed by Dr. Lim Han Sim and the team, including Dr. Khoh and anaesthesiologist Dr. Teoh Jui Chang. From consultation through to the surgery, the entire medical team was highly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and approachable. They took the time to clearly explain the procedure and associated risks; their experience and expertise gave us great confidence and reassurance. The outcome of the surgery exceeded our expectations; most importantly, it was carried out safely. The care remained excellent - the ward nurses and physiotherapists were attentive and professional. Overall, it was an outstanding treatment experience. We sincerely appreciated the high level of surgical expertise and the dedication of the entire team.
