Nurse, facility & services: 5 ⭐ Food: certain meals can be too salty. 4 ⭐ Admissions & discharge in respect of insurance claim: very slow. I had to wait 6 hours before being given a bed. Discharge process takes time too or maybe the doctor was trying to rip off my insurance because i was hold for another day despite me being very clear i wanted to be discharged the day before. 3 ⭐ Asyraf from Radiology: very kind, gentle & considerate. He's so respectful to me throughout his service. 5 ⭐ Amirrul from Rehabilitation: the best physio experience ever. He explains & shares so many things to me. I gain a lot of useful knowledge from him. He also encourage me to do take-home exercise every day. Please raise his salary 👏🏻 1000⭐ Dr Malini from Sports Medicine: she assessed my condition gently and thoroughly and then proceed to explaining the whole situation VERY CLEARLY. I appreciate her using simple terms & not overwhelmed us by jargons. Love that! 5 ⭐ Dr Muru from Orthopedic: he was kind in the beginning & explain my condition nicely. But when he hold me for another day in the ward with an excuse that it's already night for discharge process, I felt something is not right. After he told me the cost of operations i said the amount has exceeded my insurance coverage & i would need to go to other hospital within my means. Dr Muru tried to help by getting in touch with his friend in HKL & according to Dr Muru's nurse i will have a surgery within 10 days and I have to wait for HKL nurse to call me. 5 days after that i still haven't received any call from HKL nurse so I got in touch with Dr Muru's clinic. The nurse said she'll ask Dr Muru about it. Days went by without any update nor phone calls. Until Friday i kept calling Dr Muru and HKL trying to confirm the said arrangement but to no avail. In the end, i finally got to call Dr Muru on Friday 4pm. He admitted that he got all the messages & queries from his nurse and PROCEED TO SCOLD ME. i was extremely shocked by this bcs this attitude is the total opposite of Dr Muru i met the week before. He raised his voice and repeatedly say he cannot arrange everything for me & there's nothing else he can do. I was so dumbfounded by this bcs HAD HE OR HIS CLINIC CALLED ME 3 days earlier, I would have tried other ways to get the treatment. But NOBODY CALLED ME TO SAY SO. Now all I'm getting is scorn by Dr Muru & still in pain. So, no thank you for Dr Muru's service..avoid him at all cost. He is dishonest with his words 👎🏻 0 ⭐
