Experience of being warded in B3-323. Dr. Saladina, Dr. Khong, Dr. Maya & Dr. Imran worked very hard and did their best, praise be to God... The Total Thyroidectomy operation went very well. Endless thanks to all the doctors and all the nurses and staff in Ward 3B, everyone was kind, gentle, and very helpful in all aspects... everyone was friendly and heartwarming. Nurse Aina helped keep me company and chatted with me from 3 am to 4 am because I couldn't sleep after the operation. Staff Siti Khatijah, Teacher Peggy, Physio Nurse Fariza, and many others, I've forgotten the names of all the kind staff... they were beautiful, sweet, and made me feel calm and at ease throughout my stay in the ward. Hospital Pantai KL is indeed the best.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in February 2021 at a government hospital and the next appointment was given in April 2021 for scanning procedure. Terrified with the news and clueless on what to do, I googled and found Beacon Hospital online. An appointment for consultation was fixed with oncologist Dr. Azura on the same day (19th Feb) and we (me and my husband) were briefed on my treatment plan. A PET Scan was done on 22nd February followed by my 1st Chemotherapy on the very next day - 23rd February. Till date I have completed 6 Chemo sessions, admitted 3 times due to some reactions towards the medication, done a surgery and gone for the first 5 radiotheraphy sessions as scheduled - all with complete SATISFACTORY! I have a very smooth and pleasant experience with Beacon's excellent services. Their staffs are friendly and attentive, Doctors are best at their specialization and the medical cost is very reasonable. All of them have made my journey so much easier and trustworthy. My special thanks to all the Nurses, Dr. Azura, Dr. Saladina, Ms. Kala Krishnan, Ms. Wong and Ms. Jue. I will definately recommend Beacon Hospital to others. 😊

I had two medical procedures done here, first is a core needle breast biopsy six months ago, and recently have surgery for a wide excisional breast biopsy. Never had surgery before, nervous at first but thankfully everything went well and I'm very happy with my doctor here, Dr. Saladina Jaszle, she's the best for any issue related to breast. Lastly, the admission and patient discharge have been improved compared to six months ago, it's more efficient than my last admission when I was discharged at 11 pm when I was supposed to be out by 7 pm. Hopefully, they keep this improvement.

I'm impressed 👏 with the hospitality and smooth communication 👌 with my dearest Dr Saladina. She is accomodative and caring too. Thumbs-up to Dr Kua Voon Fong for her detailed treatment plan too. Credit to the angelic care by their chemotherapy department nurse's as I'm so well taken care. Nevertheless during my hospitalisation at Tulip ward their approach was so down to earth. In general it's a perfect 👌 place 👌 for a smooth transition in my treatment plan and definitely to be recommended 👌.

I'm overwhelmed with the personal touch and care rendered at this good hospital. Plus would like to thank Dr Saladina, Dr Kua Voon Fong, Dr Lum Wan Wei and also the clinic assistant of Dr Kua she is a Malay staff whom ensures my journey is extremely smooth and pleasant. Credit to the 3 rd floor registration counter team as they are very much informative on my processes and always portray good human values.
