I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr Puspa Marlinda Omar and the entire team at Andorra for making my pregnancy and delivery journey feel so safe, supported, and reassuring from beginning to end. From the very first check-up until postpartum recovery, I genuinely felt the care and concern shown by everyone involved. The appointments themselves were always pleasant and well managed — especially during Friday visits, which felt calmer and less crowded. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind and compassionate. From the clinical staff, labour room team, OT staff, ward nurses, receptionists, cleaners, and even the guards — everyone treated me with such warmth and patience during such a fragile and emotional period of my life. Their kindness made me feel relaxed, rested, and truly cared for. It was also deeply reassuring knowing my baby was being well taken care of at the nursery while I recovered. The room was comfortable, the environment was peaceful, and the food was honestly exceptional. Most importantly, I owe my deepest thanks to Dr Puspa Marlinda Omar. The genuine concern, attentiveness, and care she showed throughout my appointments, during the delivery process itself, and through her postpartum visits meant so much to me. She made me feel heard, safe, and supported every step of the way. I am truly grateful for her dedication and would wholeheartedly choose her again for future pregnancies and deliveries. Thank you once again to the entire Andorra team for making such an important chapter of my life a beautiful and comforting experience.

Most comfortable birthing experience, satisfied from the nurses, doctors, and all staff were truly friendly and satisfactory. Thank you to Dr. Puspa for helping me give birth, truly patient. The ward room was also clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, the food was delicious, we received package services including body massage and physiotherapy. Overall, truly satisfied.
