Today my mom had a operation in this hospital,pcsh. She said that she very satisfied with this hospital.Doctor Yeoh and nurse are very friendly. Hygiene is good.Food also tasty.The important is the welfare in this hospital. It helps us alot . I'm very appreciate to this hospital because this hospital had a good experience for my mom.

My father suffered a knee injury due to an accident and required surgery. As we did not have a medical card, we were very worried about the medical fees. We are truly grateful to Dr Yeoh for his professionalism and care, and to Jeremy from the Welfare Department for assisting us with financial support, which greatly eased our burden during a difficult time. Thank you to the entire team for the kindness, efficiency, and support throughout my father’s treatment🙏

PCSH is truly the best private hospital in Ipoh. My mom suffered a bone fracture two weeks ago and consulted Dr. Yeoh, who recommended surgery on her hand within two weeks. At that time, my family was facing financial difficulties and struggled with the operation fees. We then tried to seek treatment at a government hospital, but the waiting list was too long, with the earliest appointment to meet woth the GH doctor only available on about 20 days later. Seeing my mom continue to suffer from her injury, we returned for a follow-up with Dr. Yeoh. During that visit, he informed us about the hospital’s welfare department, which provides financial assistance for patients in need. After submitting all the required documents, we received a very prompt response from the person in charge, informing us that our welfare application had been approved. The subsidy provided us with tremendous financial relief during a very difficult time. I truly cannot express my gratitude in words. My heartfelt thanks and deepest respect to Dr. Yeoh and the welfare team for their kindness, professionalism, and support.

The nurses at this PCSH are friendly, polite and always willing to assist when help is needed. Dr. Yeoh is an understanding doctor with good manners. The hospital environment is clean and quiet. Each room accommodates only two patients, allowing them to rest well without noise.

I am very grateful to PCSH Specialist Hospital, and also to Dr. Yeoh and the medical team for helping my mother successfully complete her surgery and return home safely.
