The nurse, Prema is also super helpful and friendly whenever I need some clarification as SMC changes its procedures and processes from time to time. They also have many "ASK ME“ stations within SMC area as the directory can be confusing and I always think that SMC is like a maze. Ever since SMC implemented the ticketing system with instant status update by simply scanning the QR quote, this is super helpful for patients.
