Doctors Gunasegaran, Kamil, and Hilmi were professional and caring. They checked on me regularly, which helped me feel confident and supported my recovery before I went home. Staying on the Premier Floor felt like being at home than a hospital. The nurses—Yana, Bella, Suhaida, Hafizah, Kak Linda, Syakila, Hafiza, Prima, Munarawah, Dayah, Fatin, and many others—were attentive and kind, which made a big difference in my comfort. The housekeeping team kept my room clean, and Redza and his food service team provided warm and nutritious meals that suited my needs. I felt relieved knowing she was in good hands. My mum shared that she felt well cared for during her stay on the Premier Floor, which is equipped with an AI system for enhanced monitoring. She especially praised the nurses — Wawa, Siti, Haafizhah, Yana, Awanis, Alisya, Ida, Rozianah, Shazreena, Asnita, Hidayah, Prima, and many others — for their patience and attentiveness, particularly when recovery complications affected her mood.
