My son had an elective surgery this morning at SJMC, and it was such a pleasant experience. Being my first time sending my child into surgery, the nerves were just everywhere. Dr Goon and Dr Toh were such a calm pillars of support, we couldn't have wished for better doctors for him!! The both of them explained everything in detailed, answered all of our questions patiently and made the 11yo feel so safe. The both of them took away t the fear in the whole journey, and replaced it with such happy memories for both my child and I! Thank you Dr Goon and Dr Toh, for your care and attention. Also a special shout out to our nurse today, Audrey from Daycare Surgery. Audrey, thank you for your kind gentle vibes, your caring nature made the both of us so calm and cared for. Your smiling face reassured us and we're really taken by your care. You and your team are silent heroes in there, as in that few hours we were there, we saw how much you guys do for every patient, the chaknnehes you face, the crying child you have to comfort, and so it wasn't just for us, we saw you extend that same care to all patients there. Thank you Audrey!! Lastly, huge thanks to Irfan for taking us down to collect our medication and payment. You made the whole process so easy and fast, thank you for your help!!

Dr Wan Izwin is hands down the best psychiatrist in SJMC, I’ve raved about her to all my friends who are going through depression and anxiety. She’s always so warm and comforting. Most doctors would make me feel invalidated or even more anxious but with Dr Wan Izwin I’d leave her office feeling so much better after every appointment. Even the receptionists are friendly :)

It has been a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were all attentive and courteous, I was in Ward 3B and was well taken care of by the nursing staff and Dr Lee BC.

Good food service by chithira devi and generally all the nurses. Dr Lee and Datin Dr Sharmila were great. Caring, patient and professional
