The service at this hospital is excellent. The doctors I saw here were Dr. Kanddy, Dr. Doris, and Dr. Soon, and they were all very professional and kind. I come here three times a week to have my wounds dressed. Nurse Asyitah and Ms. Zhu are very meticulous in taking care of my wounds. Every time I come, they are very kind, and their technique for cleaning wounds is excellent. My wounds are healing better and better. I am very grateful to have met these doctors and nurses, who are like angels, from the beginning. I am a cancer patient, and from the start, the doctors diligently taught me how to manage my diet and my body. Here, I truly want to thank all the doctors and nurses who have taken care of me. Their care and companionship have deeply touched me and filled me with gratitude.

Ward 5C.. (SN Anith, SN Haya, SN Valar, PCA Umairah) Dr Soon KC.. I was admitted to Ward 5C on 21/4 due to gallstones. After the operation, I was very weak, unable to walk, and dizzy. Nurses accompanied me to the restroom. Throughout my stay in the ward, all staff, including SN Anith, SN Haya, SN Valar, and PCA Umairah, were very helpful, responsive, and always concerned about my condition. Dr. Soon KC was also very professional and clear in his explanations. Thank you for the excellent care.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Soon Kong Choon, Hepatobiliary Surgeon at Sunway Medical Centre Penang, for successfully operating on my 76-year-old father, who was diagnosed with a large liver tumour. At his age, being told he had a big liver cancer felt almost like being asked to accept fate. It was an extremely difficult time for our family. I came to know Dr. Soon as I am also a specialist and had previously worked in the same hospital as him. He was strongly recommended by my surgeon colleagues, and based on their confidence in his expertise, I made the decision to have my father travel from Penang Island to Sunway for surgery.
