The staffs were very efficient and provided prompt treatment throughout my visit. The nurses in the ward were caring, patient, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The doctor also explained everything clearly, answered my concerns patiently, and provided excellent treatment and care. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my experience. Truly appreciate the excellent service from the whole team. I recently underwent surgery performed by Dr. Balan at the Urology Clinic, PHKL and the procedure was carried out with great success.
