Dr Norman listened to patients concerns and explained treatment clearly. The front desk are polite and helpful.they do a good job in arranging appointment.having said that the down side of the hospital is the wait time,and the parking fees is pricey ..

He is a very professional, caring, and patient doctor with extensive experience. Throughout the treatment process, he patiently explained my condition to me, which made me feel reassured and well taken care of. Besides treating my kidney stones, whenever he noticed other health concerns from my medical reports, he would also inform me and provide professional advice on how to manage them. I truly appreciate his responsible and attentive attitude, as he genuinely cares about the patient’s overall health instead of only focusing on one specific issue. In addition, his assistant, Ms Hajjar, was also very friendly, polite, and helpful. The entire consultation and hospitalization experience felt comfortable and reassuring. I am very grateful to Dr Norman Dublin. He is truly a highly recommended doctor.

I had a good experience at KPJ Tawakkal. The admission process was smooth and well handled. I stayed at Carnation Ward, Room 832. The staff and nurses were very kind, attentive, and professional. Thank you to Nurse Masita for the assistance. The room was comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. I underwent a cystoscopy with Dr. Norman. The procedure was done very fast and efficiently, which made me feel at ease. Overall, a pleasant experience. Thank you to the whole team at KPJ Tawakkal.
