Thank you to all the staff at Blossom Ward for taking care of me during my stay. I was in the ward for almost a month. Dr. Hamidah and Dr. Thinesh were also very good, and the explanations provided were excellent. The staff nurses at Blossom Ward felt like my own family. They also celebrated my birthday on 23/4, especially Staff Nurse Shirley, who bought me a birthday cake.

I have visited KPJ Tawakkal many times in the emergency department. The initial response and service here are fast and efficient. My child has mild autism and was handled well here. After a few procedures, admission to the ward was necessary. Admission to the ward was quick from arrival to being settled in. The staff were good, understanding of my child's condition, and gentle in their care. The medication was suitable for my child, and the hospital environment is user-friendly. Only the air conditioning was too cold. Everything else was okay. Dr. Halimah was very helpful, and I hope my child recovers quickly with the treatment here.
