I admit at ward carnation room 832-4 from 6/5/20 - 9/05/2026. Got a good treatment from Dr usha and all the nurse are very kind and supportive. Good environment and easy to communicate with the doctor and nurse.

Brought mum in for a check up after she experienced some set backs. Nurses and ward-stay (Carnation) was very pleasant and helpful - special call out to Kak Nor Saadah. Dr Usha (ENT) and Dr Abu (Neuro) were also professional and friendly. Did their best. Shahmim from radiology was also super friendly. Love the helpfulness of the concierge team as well. Very helpful and tried to support us in whatever way they could. security experience was not so great. Understand that its an outsourced company. The supervisor was not a pleasant and lacks professionalism in speaking with my family and continues staring even the next day when my family was passing by. Would have otherwise given a 5 star.

My experience at KPJ Tawakkal was excellent. Dr Usha and the nursing staff were very professional, attentive and supportive through out my stay. Wad Blosssom (Room 1006) was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Meals were provided in accordance with Doc recommendations. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of care and service provided
