It is my 2nd year to have my yearly medical health screening done in JB. I had chosen Regency Medical Care Center this time round after my colleague's strong recommendation. Suggest to select the early morning appointment (before 10am) on weekdays so you can avoid the jam in causeway, limited parking after mall open and long waiting time for same day result. If you are first time visiting, please proceed to registration counter with your passport for registration instead of trying to register at their registration auto machine. After filling up some health questionnaires like last screening dates, family history, any health condition, etc, I was led by the staff to the Health Screening center which is just a 1 min walk from registration counter. There seems no queue at all despite there were 2 person before me. I was led to rooms after rooms for all my test and x-rays by a patient concierge with each station explained to me clearly in English. All the nurses speak well English too. All my test for fasting were done by 10am and I could have my breakfast at their dining area where they serve coffee, tea, porridge, sandwiches, muffin and fruits. When I was done with my breakfast, I am ready to see my doctor, Dr Aishah. Dr Aishah has patiently asked some family history and also on any medical condition. She have also done physical examination on my body and also checked my nose when I brought up my concern on my sudden nose bleeding. After the doctor visit, I was told to wait for couple of hours while waiting for the sample result to be ready. As there are not many patients, it did not took long as by 11.45am, I received the WatsApp message saying my reports are ready. I met the dietician first before having the medical review with Dr Aishah. Again, Dr Aishah has patiently explained every test result and also on what to look out for. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience and will highly recommend RMCC if you considering your health screening done in JB.

Had a good experience with Dr Aishah, she gave a very thorough explanation and ensured that all questions were answered. Patient and Gentle! The space was also clean & comfortable.
