I had a great experience and received excellent hospitality during my baby’s admission at Aurelius Hospital. My utmost appreciation goes to the pediatrician, Dr. Steven, and staff nurse Azian for their outstanding and exceptional care. Dr. Steven was even willing to return to the hospital at 2:00 a.m., after his working hours, to change my baby’s drip line. His genuine concern for my baby drove him to come back despite the late hour. He truly sacrificed his own rest and well-being to ensure my baby received the best care. Staff Nurse Azian provided exceptional care and genuine concern while attending to my baby. She clearly understood her patient’s condition and took extra care to ensure all procedures were carried out smoothly. She was excellent in handling my baby, always taking the time to engage and build a connection before proceeding with any procedures, such as administering oral medication or IV antibiotics. I would consider my baby to be quite demanding and requiring a great deal of patience, especially when she is in discomfort. However, Nurse Azian consistently demonstrated extraordinary patience and dedication, particularly during the midnight hours. She would enter the room quietly, using minimal lighting (her phone light), to change the IV drip, check blood pressure, and perform other tasks—ensuring my baby’s sleep was not disturbed while she carried out her duties effectively. In addition, she was willing to assist and patiently wait for more than 30 minutes to ensure the IV drip was successfully inserted and running smoothly, despite my baby’s active movements due to pain and discomfort. Throughout, Nurse Azian continued to show remarkable dedication and patience, exploring different approaches to handle the situation and ensure everything went well. Dr Steven and Dr Saw treated both my daughters exceptionally well. From registration to emergency care, ward admission, and discharge, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The doctors, nurses, and CS Wan were all very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. We had a very positive experience and would definitely return here for treatment in the future if needed.
