The staff were very helpful, especially Nina & Ayu (Dr. Simmrat's clinic). They always followed up with patients. The service was very fast. Special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Simmrat for the excellent consultation, from the onset of illness until full recovery. The medical information provided by him was explained in great detail.

Seeing how disappointed my son was, she went the extra mile to check with the doctor and tried her best to help us.
