My family and I wish to thank all medical teams involved in my recent TURP surgery conducted by Dr.Tih Ha ( Consultant / Urologist ) who had advised me in detail about the procedure and necessary precautions before my surgery. Dr.Tih Ha's in-dept knowledge had built high confidence level in me to proceed for this TURP surgery without any worries. Thanks to Dr.Tih Ha. Not forgetting the Anaesthetists and OT team who were very caring before and after my surgery and also to surgical ward nurses who were on duty from 12/12/23 -15/12/23 for being very committed and responsive towards carrying out their duties diligently. Reflecting on my daughter’s admission in March 2025, I am truly grateful for the invaluable customer service team that responds swiftly to all questions and concerns. Dr. Jamuna’s attentiveness and punctuality in treating my daughter in the ER, ward, and clinic exemplify her dedication. She truly is the best doctor ever! Also, thank you, KPJ Klang, for the excellent care during my stay from July 4th to July 12th, 2025. The support and kindness I received were exceptional. Huge thanks to Dr. Thi Ha Htun (Urologist) and Dr. Anil (Gastrologist)! They are brilliant at what they do, patiently explaining everything and ensuring I was comfortable. Also, a big thank you to Su, Dr. Thi Ha Htun's clinic assistant, for her efficient help, and to the Anesthesiologist (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) for keeping me safe and comfortable during my procedures. The excellent service wasn't just from the doctors. Mimi and Ira from customer service was super helpful and made all the paperwork easy. The nurses in the surgical ward were amazing. Their constant care and skill created a calming and healing space. I especially want to thank Najihah, Nadirah, Farah, Nur Khairunnisa, and Izani. Even the student nurses were doing a great job. Overall, my time at KPJ Klang was positive. I would recommend KPJ Klang to anyone needing medical help.

Dr Thi Ha Htun diagnosis on 31 May 2022, confirmed my kidney stone at ureter position (RT VUJ Stone) but lucky enough there was still a very narrow passage for urination at that time. But this could become nasty at any time and advised not to wait any longer if possible, since these stones could block out the ureter passage without warning. After much good advice and valuable information, reassurances and financial assistance, I had made up my mind to arrange for the procedure on 2 June, 2022, and it was a successful one. Thank you Dr Thi Ha Htun. Your professional and compassion extended to patients are highly regarded and appreciated. I would also like to say thank you to Dr Roselina for her kind encouraging conversation during the IV time.
