I had an exceptional experience during my recent hospital stay in Room 97B. Dato Dr Gilbert was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Nurses were incredibly attentive, caring, and made me feel safe and comfortable. Staff communicated clearly and kept me informed every step of the way.
