The Dr Chong (Obstetrician and Gynaecologist) took the time to explain my condition in a way that was easy to understand, which really eased my worries. Nursing staff was kind and helpful . Dr. Tee is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate nephrologist. I highly recommend him to anyone navigating chronic kidney disease.

My wife and daughter were admitted for Influenza and were under the care of Dr Quek and Dr Tee. Both doctors provided excellent care and did a great job throughout their stay. The Emergency Department team also delivered outstanding service. Special thanks to Dr Aina and SN Tanuja for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. We were later admitted to MD1, where the nursing team provided excellent care and support. Their attentiveness and commitment to patient care were truly appreciated. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the inpatient meal service. As my wife and daughter were under isolation precautions for Influenza, the F&B staff left the meals outside the room. Unfortunately, they did not knock on the door or inform the patients that the food had arrived. This made it difficult for the patients to know when their meals were served. We only became aware of the meals after informing the nurses. I believe there is room for improvement in this process. A simple knock on the door or notification to the patient would greatly enhance the patient experience and ensure meals are received promptly. Overall, thank you to the medical and nursing teams for the excellent care provided during our stay. 👍👍👍

I recently ended up at Columbia Asia Hospital JB due to severe food poisoning. I was admitted to Wad MD5, and I cannot thank the medical team enough. Dr. Tee was incredibly skillful and reassuring. Nurses Safrida and Suhana were absolute angels—so patient, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. Thank you all for making a miserable situation so much easier to bear with your wonderful care!
