I was under the care of Dr. Imelda and Dr. Iqbal during my recent delivery, and both doctors were very reassuring throughout my stay. I would like to share a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Lactation Consultant Service There does not appear to be a dedicated lactation consultant available in KPJ2. As a hospital that promotes breastfeeding, having a lactation consultant would greatly benefit mothers, especially first-time mums. The nurses are helpful, but they will not be able to provide specialised lactation support. Such as how to breastfeed correctly, how to use breast pumps and etc. 2. Food and Beverages The food was generally acceptable.However, the fruit cordial drinks were quite sweet. It may be helpful to provide less sweet or lower-sugar drink options. Also special thanks to Dr. Imelda’s assistants, Afiqah, Yaya and Azrene. They have been very helpful and informative.

I received Dr. Imelda's services before getting pregnant again. Then, after becoming pregnant, I continued to receive her services until I safely delivered my beloved child. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She is also very helpful to patients like me (incompetent cervix). Every weekly check-up with her was a time I looked forward to. All my questions were answered well by her. She is very empathetic. She is also very responsible. I have met many gynecologists. Dr. Imelda is the best. KPJ Damansara is fortunate to have a specialist like her. I hope she continues to serve because I want to receive her services for my next child. As long as Dr. Imelda is serving at KPJ Damansara, that is where I will receive my treatment. Aini Afiqah and Dr. Alia Yasmin, Dr. Imelda's assistants, added to my joy while receiving services at Dr. Imelda's Clinic. They always provide excellent and friendly service. They are very professional. Furthermore, I am also very satisfied with the services of Dr. Iqbal, my child's pediatrician. Dr. Iqbal is also a very knowledgeable doctor in his field. I will continue to receive his services in treating my child. Thank you very much to everyone involved in my and my child's treatment.

We love love Dr Iqbal! My boys are so comfortable with him they're not afraid of jabs! They'll be like we wanna see Dr Iqbal we love him! They share same interests too! Star Wars fans that is! Honestly we feel at home whenever we are at the hospital, Kudos team DSH!

Had an outstanding experience at KPJ Damansara and felt compelled to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by the entire team, including specialist Dr. Iqbal, the nurses, front staff, payment counter, caterers, and cleaners. From the moment we arrived at the emergency department, we received prompt and professional care. The process for admission and discharge was smooth and efficient. My GL was approved in ~10 minutes on Sunday...! A special shoutout to the nurses at Paeds Qaseh Ward, who were exceptionally friendly and expert in handling our baby.
