We would like to thank the Emergency Team for their prompt attention and immediate treatment provided to our baby. Special thanks to the pediatrician, Dr. Lavinya, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in explaining our baby's condition. She helped ease our worries as parents by providing clear communication and thoroughly explaining the treatment plan for our baby. We would also like to thank the nurses for being helpful, caring, and gentle with both our baby and our family throughout the stay. Additionally, the hospital meals were good, and we appreciated the staff's assistance in heating the food when needed. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the after-sales team, especially Ms. Shafina, for following up with us after our visit. Her fluency in Mandarin allowed us to communicate our concerns comfortably and clearly. Overall, we are grateful for the excellent care and support provided by the entire team.
