Dr. Tengku was very attentive, thorough, and clear in explaining my spinal condition and the treatment process. His calm and professional approach gave me confidence and reassurance, especially before and after my lower back surgery. I truly appreciate his concern for my recovery and overall condition, including the difficulties I faced with long-distance travelling after surgery. He was also very helpful in providing the necessary medical documentation to support my follow-up care and transfer request closer to home. I was admitted to Executive Ward 405, which was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with sufficient facilities. The nurses who attended to me were kind, understanding, and very helpful throughout my stay. Their patience and care made my hospital experience much more comfortable. Coincidentally, I was admitted on 12 May, which is International Nurses Day. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Happy Nurses Day to all the dedicated nurses on duty at Salam Senawang Specialist Hospital.
