I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Soh Lay Sian and all the friendly and caring nurses (Paediatric Ward Level 7) for the excellent care provided during my child's stay at the hospital. Although there was an incident where my child, who has a peanut allergy, was mistakenly served peanut steamed bun, I truly appreciate how quickly the hospital staff responded. The team acted promptly, came to our room personally, and offered a sincere apology. Mistakes can happen, but what impressed me most was the professionalism, responsibility, and genuine concern shown by the doctors and nurses. Their swift action gave us confidence and reassurance. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and service received. Had a great experience at KPJ Damansara 2. Dr Soh was incredibly patient, gentle, explaining everything clearly and making my daughter feel so comfortable and she absolutely loves her. Nadia is very friendly, and helpful towards us. The environment is clean and child-friendly, and overall the service is professional and reassuring. Truly a good pediatrician and a pleasant hospital experience.
