On April 17th, I presented with a doctor's note for emergency admission. I was very satisfied with the emergency department here; I didn't have to wait too long, as needing emergency care meant my physical condition was severe and I couldn't afford further delays. Immediately after registration, I was assigned a hospital bed, had blood drawn for tests, started an IV drip, and was scheduled for a CT scan. After all the reports were ready and the surgeon explained them to me, I was admitted to a ward. (I was fasting at the time, so all tests could be done immediately without waiting another day.) I spent 5 days and 4 nights in the ward. The nurses here were all excellent in their service – very attentive, punctual, and gentle. If I had any issues, I just needed to press the call button and they would come. I was admitted due to gallstones, and the cholecystectomy was performed by Dr. Syed Alwi. I am very grateful for the doctor's professionalism, which allowed me to recover quickly. Getting out of bed after the surgery was very difficult, but the nurses were truly, exceptionally patient. I truly felt their meticulous care, and I felt very secure staying at this hospital. The service deserves a high rating; I am very satisfied. (I was staying on the 6th floor, and the internet cable was really subpar.)
