My treatment experience at Beacon Hospital was excellent. The nurses were very kind, friendly, and patient, making me feel safe and cared for during my hospital stay. The hospital food was also delicious, healthy, and nutritious, which was very helpful for my recovery. Special thanks to my attending physician, Dr. Tan Gie Hooi, who was very experienced and patiently explained my condition and treatment process, giving me confidence and reducing my nervousness and anxiety. The best private hospital in Malaysia, without a doubt. No frills or hotel-like features but good clean efficiency and practical use of space. Very caring to patients and do not unnecessarily charge for unneeded procedures. Very caring doctors. The one my sister went to was Dr Tan Gie Hooi. Very good and caring doctor! She’s an breast surgeon and absolutely recommended. Can also you imagine free parking provided by the hospital? I can’t praise this hospital enough. Forget all others. Did I mention the very nice and friendly supporting staff?

I been here since 2023, first met with Dr. Tan Gie Hooi (breast specialist) who performed check-up for me and confirmed i got lump on my right breast. Then doctor and the nurses acted very fast and arrange all procedures for me. After surgery i was referred to Dr Kua she is also very nice and good oncology doctor. Now i done all my chemo, and just need to follow-up. Thank ypu to all of the doctors, nurses and the reception counter staff, all of you are super!

The team of staffs at the registration counter at lobby were very prompt and their services were exceptional. Nurses at tulip ward were very well mannered and showed lots of empathy towards my wellbeing. Credit to my dearest Dr Junie and Dr Tan Gie Hooi for ensuring i have the best treatment plans.
