We had an excellent experience with Dr. S. Magendiran, radiologist at Kinta Medical Centre during my mother’s ultrasound scan. He was extremely kind, calm, and professional throughout the examination. He took the time to explain the findings in a simple and reassuring manner, which really helped ease her anxiety and made her feel well cared for during the ultrasound procedure.
