We seek treatment at the Gastroenterology Dept, Sunway city & we're impressed with the number of Clinics available. Sincerely appreciate the professional & caring service from Dr Soon Yuen & Dr Stanley Khoo. Dr Soon & his efficient assistant, Ms Chong, are a super team. Dr Soon is like an 'eveready battery' - work non stopped. His warmth , friendly & emphatic nature made his patients at ease & comfortable. I noticed that when Dr Soon gets back to his clinic, after an operation, those patients waiting for him, 😃 smiled, despite the long wait. See the impact he gives? Dr Stanley - kind, cool & took time to explain the problem & procedure needed in simple layman terms that we, seniors,could understand. Now, the hospitalisation/ ward part... impressed with the number of staff who escorts patients to their ward, bring for bloodtest, X-ray, etc... a big team & they moved fast. Noticed the lack of staff nurses at the ward. They did their best & we appreciate & acknowledged their efforts. Staff loyalty are not perpetual. It needs assurance, recognition & reward.. Annoyed that we have to ask for toiletries & towel . Issuing it wasn't consistent, 1 patient comes in with these all already given, another got to ask for it..... some equipments are old eg the BP machine, one even with a wheel rosak. Overall, a great private hospital, widely recognised & respected for their wide + professional list of specialists.

Dr Khoo is incredibly patient and detailed in his explanations when I consulted him recently for issues I had with my stomach. Would recommend him to anyone facing gastrointestinal issues.

Dr Khoo was really helpful with swift response, when handling my kid during emergency situation. He also assist in handling follow up well.
