"I recently admitted in Columbia Bukit Jalil Hospital on 5 Dec 2025, due to a sudden asthmatic attack and was impressed by the prompt treatment and excellent service. I'd like to express my gratitude to the staff, particularly Mr. Abraham, the male nurse, for his kindness and care from the emergency room to the ward. Dr. Rohini and Dr. Gayetri provided timely and gentle care, explaining my condition and treatment clearly. Dr. Yogesvaran, the ENT specialist, treated my ears with expertise and minimal discomfort. Not to forget as well Dr Thiagu from Radiology as well, was a very kind and humble Dr. I was at wad 515 B, I could not remember all the nurses name actually, but all was so good and caring nurse. They help me till the end of my stay over there and I feel so comfortable with all the nurses from wad 5th floor. I'm also grateful to my AIA client, Mr Sasi, finance assistant@cafe who showed his support and concern by bringing me breakfast from his cafe. During my discharge from wad process, Ms Sue from finance also too good and cute person till she manage to expedite the process even more faster then expected earlier. Finally Mr Aiman from the farmasi also did a great job and he was very good in giving the explanation on the medication. Overall I would say 10/10 . I highly recommend Columbia Bukit Jalil Hospital for their exceptional care and service. The staff's kindness and professionalism made a wonderful experience and more meaningful."

Dr Yoges from ENT is really attentive to my issues and concerns. The hospital just recently opened and the facilities are clean and brand new. Perhaps a suggestion for improvement would be to have better appointment management as I was not informed when my appointment was postponed to a later time. Other than that, excellent services provided by all the staffs.

Very good experience while being warded for sinus surgery. Dr Yoges (ENT) gives good advice and solutions. Recommended to come here

I have ENT issues for many years and it got worsen. So, at first I consulted a specialist from another hospital (well-known one) but wasn't satisfied with his service during my first visit. So, I decided to look for another ENT specialist and luckily I found Dr. Yoges. So I made an appointment and met him for second opinion. After thorough checking, he suggested the surgery can be done. So I have 2 major surgery, one for nose and one for tonsil. Then, I was admitted and surgery went smoothly. Dr. Yoges did explained in detail the procedures, the pros and cons. It been more than one month now and it's all fine now. I can breathe normally.. Snoring has reduced a lot. All thanks to Dr Yoges. Not to forget, the staffs and nurses of the hospital.. They have given me a very good care and treatment.. I drove myself and parking was free for me because of AIA policy.. I'm so happy for that too.. ❤️😍 Currently, I'm having follow ups with Dr Yoges and he always check if I'm ok. He also gave me his WhatsApp number if I have any issues and needed his assistance.. This really helped me a lot for not worrying too much of some symptoms.. Thank you Dr Yoges and Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil.. ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much, Dr Gayathri, Dr Yoges, Dr Malvin and nurse Iskandar, nurse Hisham/Hashim, Nurse Suster, Nurse Nurliyana and one more Nurse Bro Indian(forgot the name) from ICU units, Ms Manomoney from Customer Care and the others.
