Dr. Vincent Tan has always been our family’s preferred ENT 👨‍⚕️👂. About a month ago, my husband emergency admitted due to dizziness/imbalance. The hospital ran brain CT, ECG, and blood tests — no signs of stroke, suspected ear issue. We visited Dr. Vincent, and after a careful check he confirmed no imbalance or ear problem. It was the first episode, gone in hours. He also examined snoring, found a narrow throat, and suggested a sleep test (pending schedule). Why Vincent ENT? It has been a year since my surgery with Dr Vincent. When I was first introduced to him, little did I know that I was going to meet the best doctor I could ever ask for, and who would impact me so deeply! No words can fully express my gratitude ❤️. I went to him for a 2nd opinion, deep down hoping for better news. Instead, he confirmed that a total thyroidectomy was recommended due to my underlying conditions - news that was difficult for me to process. What struck me was how he didn't rush me through the consultation. Seeing my distress, he gave me space to process the information, and even assured me that it was completely okay to seek a 3rd opinion or another surgeon if I wished (so glad I stuck with him!). Dr Vincent is the kind of doctor who genuinely cares. You can feel it not just from the way he treats you, but also from the educational materials he curates and shares, his thoroughness during examinations, and the patience he showed throughout. In evaluating my options, he was firm on the tests needed if I wanted a partial preservation, but unnecessary if I decided to go for full (you could tell he didn't suggest a procedure unnecessarily). Although the diagnosis wasn't what I had hoped for, I had a sense of comfort that I could trust he had my best interests at heart, and that the option presented to me was the best available given my situation. The surgery went well, with my vocal cords intact and parathyroid glands well preserved. I didn't experience a single day of hypocalcemia! Friends often comment on how barely noticeable my surgical scar is. Later on, a scan confirmed an excellent removal rate, reflecting his surgical precision and expertise. What sets Dr Vincent apart is not just his clinical skills. As someone naturally anxious and prone to fear, I cannot overstate how much Dr Vincent’s patience and understanding has meant to me. He never once dismissed my fears, even if he knew I was over-worrying (many times!! 😅). I remember greeting him daily with "Dr, I don't dare to move my neck" in the ward, fearing my stitches would break. Rather than showing any impatience, he reassured me and even asked me a couple of days later if my neck felt looser 😂 😂 . Even after discharge, Dr Vincent continued to look out for me, following up and offering encouragement. Later when the histopathology report confirmed I needed a further treatment, I was dreading the process. But a simple encouragement from Dr Vincent shifted my perspective and pointed me to hope - to bear with the discomfort for awhile, for a better outcome ahead. His words helped me focus on hope rather than fear - a gift that stays with me even now. Subsequently, I had other health concerns. Even though they can be minor, the fear of the unknown can be daunting, especially with past history. I'm so grateful to be able to reach Dr Vincent when needed. His warmth, compassion, and humour made procedures less frightening. The last time I dreaded a scope, I was distracted from anxiety the moment I stepped into his room, and before I knew it, the procedure was over ✌️ 🎉 Dr Vincent's combination of expertise, compassion, and humanity is truly a blessing 💝. His patients are not just cases - we are treated with great compassion and genuine care. I feel so blessed to meet a doctor with such a big heart, and it surely made a difference for my recovery journey! I must also give a special mention to the clinic staff, Kak Yana & Kak Leila whose cheerful presence always brightens my visit. They have been friendly and helpful. Once, they alerted me to a co-insurance clause that could have led to a hefty sum - and because of their attentiveness, it was sorted out smoothly, saving me from an unexpected bill. Words can never fully capture the depth of gratitude I feel. But if you're reading this and considering Dr Vincent, know that you will be in the hands of a truly exceptional doctor 😊 - one whose skill is matched by a heart full of compassion, patience, and dedication to our well-being.

Wow! The doctor here first of all I must say is a great one! He is not in it for the profit but he wants to make sure his patient is well understood and he will take his time to explain the situation to you. He doesn’t rush you in the consultation process even though the wait time is long it’s worth it. He listens to the patient and shows concern and regard which is hard in most of these specialists who act like they’re above all. I appreciated that he took his time and got me to do a hearing test to make sure I’m fine. The staff is nice and lovely and they also have good entertainment (tv) as you wait for the doctor to see you. I really enjoyed the process of my check up and will return again and would refer this clinic and doctor to anybody who needs it.
