Kudos to the staff of ward 2A for their excellent service from the first day we checked in to ward 2A. The clean and calming atmosphere of the ward really helped the recovery process. Thanks a lot to Dr Dheepa and Dr Sharmila (infectious disease specialist) who were very good and always answered all our questions and concerns.

I was admitted to AHNS through the Emergency Department for viral high fever and later stayed in PW2A for 5 days. From the very beginning, the care I received was excellent. Dr Evelyn Marie in the Emergency Department was calm, professional, and reassuring, which helped ease my worries during a very stressful time. Once admitted to the ward, Dr Dheepa and Dr Sharmila continued the care with great compassion and thoroughness. Her clear explanations, attentiveness, and genuine concern played a huge role in my recovery and gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The nurses in PW2A were truly wonderful — kind, patient, and extremely accommodating. Their constant attention and gentle care made me feel safe, supported, and well looked after at all times. The single-bedded room was comfortable and surprisingly affordable. It was clean, cozy, and provided a quiet, private space that allowed me to rest properly and recover well. I would also like to compliment the hospital food, which was healthy, fresh, and well prepared, adding to the overall positive experience. I am deeply grateful to the entire AHNS team for their dedication, care, and humanity. Thank you for turning a difficult experience into a comforting and positive one. This experience will always be remembered.

Staff at ward 3A were all supportive and easy to ask for help. Dr. Wan and Sharmila were very relaxed and accommodating with me during my illness.
