I chose to go to Avisena due to its google review of its ENT doctor. Overall was ok although prices are on the high side for a new and small establishment in comparison to the standard private hospitals, improvements needed beyond just branding and impressions especially in the quality of healthcare and administrative processing. I had a turbinate reduction, post-op care was not thoroughly given explanation on care needed, they even skipped the douching care process. They don’t have menu for diabetics, otherwise food is decent. Overall I liked the private setting, good etiquettes of all staff, good safe access control & good nurses. My doctors are Dr Kusyairi ENT and Dr Kartini Dermatologist both specialists and experts in their respective fields.

Dr. Kartini is a really good dermatologist. She explained everything about my skin condition in a way that was easy to understand and gave me the right treatment that worked effectively. I felt comfortable during the consultation because she listened patiently and advised me well. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend her to others.
