We are truly grateful for the excellent care and services provided by the doctors, nurses, and staff at KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital during my daughter’s admission. Especially Dr Frienky and sapphire ward team🫶 medical team was professional, attentive, and patient in explaining her condition and treatment clearly. The nurses were caring, friendly, and always responsive whenever we needed assistance. The ward was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay much more reassuring as parents. Had a very good experience at KPJ Pasir Gudang. The service from all staff, including the MAs and doctors, from the Emergency Department to the pediatric ward was excellent. The only downside was the waiting time from ED to ward admission, which took quite a while due to full beds. However, it was still manageable and understandable. The room was, clean, and comfortable, and the toilet was also very clean. Tiptop! Special thanks to Dr. Franky, who is very kind, experienced, and handles kids extremely well, very friendly and reassuring. Also appreciate Customer Service staff, Syahirah Ramadhani, for being very polite and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍
