Carried out an MRI at Pantai. Anand Shanmugam, the senior technologist made me comfortable and his service was both kind and helpful. He had contacted me a day earlier to get the process rolling so that there is no time wasted once you reach the hospital. Datuk Sanjiv was a very professional doctor and widely experienced in this field. Mr. Anand accompanied me to the billing section and explained the process and the time required. He also helped in getting my parking fees waived.

My grandmother had chest discomfort today & was brought to ER. She was triaged, put on ECG & sent to resus within 15 mins for dr’s attention. Cardiologist came shortly after. She was in good hands throughout! Thank you!

My mum had a surgery in Sunway Medical recently, I am grateful for the patience and friendliness of Doc Arnand's team and nurses from Tower B ward 6B. She is recovering well from her surgery now. My mum stayed in the hospital for a week in Tower B, the room is a little outdated but cleanliness is up to mark. The nurses are very attentive to her needs during the stay and I appreciate them checking on her when I was not able to stay overnight sometimes. I like the clean look of Sunway Medical and it is easy to find my way for all the checks and scans. The walkways are spacious and clean and I appreiaciate the bridge link to Geo Avenue mall. Ordering of meals is convenient and some improvements may be needed on the food quality.

Had a MRI Cardiac Viability done today at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur with Mr Anand and Datuk Dr Sanjiv.My mri cardiac was rejected in other hospital.could not perform..Consultant called Mr Anand said can do with one answer.done succesfully.report personally send to serdang cardiology department.So grateful Pantai Hospital has this service with Datuk Sanjiv and Anand.parking was free.tq 🙏🙏🙏
