I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all the doctors and nurses at KPJ Rawang, especially the amazing team in Ward Delima under the care of Dr. Azlin. Throughout my stay, I received exceptional care, professionalism, and kindness. Every nurse in Ward Delima was attentive, patient, compassionate, and always ready to assist with a warm and reassuring attitude, which made a difficult time much easier for me and my family. A special thank you to Dr. Azlin for her dedication, expertise, and thorough care. Her professionalism, clear explanations, and close monitoring of my condition gave me confidence and comfort during my recovery. I am truly grateful for the outstanding treatment and support I received. KPJ Rawang is blessed to have such a committed and caring medical team. Thank you for going above and beyond for your patients. On a side note, facilities such as food menu & taste, varities, and billing and admission please improve. Staff need more training on patient/ customer management.

13/1 - 23/1 got room 708 sharing 4 moved to 709 sharing 1 without extra charge, the 7th floor nurse is the best person I've ever met in my life & will be a memory until I get old, the mother of a psychiatric patient is so strange but they just serve her and are ready to persuade her using their Doraemon voice 😂 I think her name is Ezzaty, and I'm crazy good even though I was blind last night, she just serves her, she keeps asking me to remove the needle to go to the toilet + in case my mother can suddenly run out of bed, luckily I noticed, you can say that my mother is a champion patient, she asked all the 7th floor nurses on duty to remove the needle because this member keeps wanting to go to the toilet 🤣, BE A LEVEL 7 NURSE PLEASE KPJ RAWANG FOR A BONUS OKAY + once the best employee of all time! There are many nurses here, the problem is that I don't notice their names but they are all just great! Dr Azlin is also very good + I always noticed that this doctor likes to change his little bag every day, he's so cute, KPJRAWANG IS THE BEST 🤟🏻 I swear the nurse's voice here is so soft that if they want to check your BP at night, they think of angels and then they have their own soft voice, you can feel that there are many sisters here, considering that even at home, I'm not very useful + dietitian Amirah, madam fong is also very good & you can be a gang with her 🤣 I always advise you, sister Mirah, don't get married first, sister, enjoy living single, if you want to enter here calmly, you can promise that you have money, okay, then enter the ward, just live calmly and don't even use insurance

This was my first time being admitted to KPJ Rawang Hospital. I have AIA insurance. Normally, one has to wait a long time for ward admission, but not here. However, if you want to add on extra checks, you have to wait a long time for panel approval. All staff are friendly and nice. My in-charge doctor was Dr. Azlin Ahmad. The night staff was SN Manju. I stayed in a single room on ward level 6, room 639. It included a sofa for 3 people, a mini fridge, KPJ glass cups and utensils. The air conditioning was indeed cold even when set to 24°C. The TV had many channels to choose from, including Astro. There is also a convenient mini cafe and shop like NEWS. The patient meals were delicious and not bland. The service was good, and they would ask what dishes you wanted the day before. There were different meals to choose from. The food delivery staff were polite and would ask before entering. The only minor issues were the toilet, which felt stuffy due to the lack of a window, and the hot water was sometimes not hot enough.

My first time admitted to hospital but i had a great hospitality here. From emergency to ward , all nurse & DR is really helpful, kind and polite. They give the best service. Thank you to all nurse, DR Azlin, DR Tan & DR Rushdan for the best treatment.. from patient Ward Mutiara bilik 601 🥰 …

The hospital is good. The service is excellent. The Emergency Room is well-managed. Dr. Azlin is truly outstanding. The treatment provided was also very good. Overall, everything was excellent.
