I visited the Emergency Department and was admitted to the hospital last week. I received excellent treatment, advice, and professional care from Dr. Hafidz, Dr. Athikah, and Dr. Arrchana. My sincere thanks to all the Emergency Department nurses as well. Thank you to Front Office team, Aqillah, Eliana, Farahanatul and NM Yong who assisted me well for admission process. Special appreciation to SN Najihah, who was extremely skilled and quick during my branula insertion, I was truly amazed by her expertise. I was admitted under Dr. Tan Poh Guan, who was very professional and provided clear explanations about my condition, along with thoughtful and helpful advice. During my stay in the ward, all the nurses were caring, helpful, calm and which really helped ease my worries. A big thank you to SN Nadia, SN Nurani, SN Hafilda, SN Izaty, SN Farah Syuhada, SN Caroline, SN Syazihaziqah, SN Ainaa, SN Murni, SN Alifah and AN Saliza for their kindness and support. Thank you also to the scope room nurses and the radiology team for their assistance. Apppreciation to the F&B team, the meals were lovely, and my husband especially enjoyed the fish wrap. Lastly, my appreciation to the discharge team, Mastura and Sharmela, for the smooth and fast discharge process. I’m truly grateful to everyone involved. We brought our father to emergency at columbia asia hospital taiping for his haemorrhoid and was quickly attended by Dr Hafidz. We found him to be patient, friendly plus he listened and explained things very well that even my mother understood him. He went above and beyond and treated our father almost like his own. So kudos Dr Hafidz for your amazing care & work! This kind of kindness in this line of work is rare, and truly appreciated. We are very grateful for his professionalism, empathy, and dedication.
