Last time I had an appointment with ophthalmologist Dr. Yeoh at Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre. Overall, the experience was very satisfying. Special thanks to Staff Nurse Hanis who was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my treatment session. The way she attended to patients was excellent, always smiling, providing clear explanations, and making me feel comfortable even though I was a bit nervous at first. Her dedication, patience, and excellent customer service truly reflect the high standard of the hospital. Staff like Hanis are indeed a very valuable asset to Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre.
