I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr Chen and all medical team from PCSH. After my sister’s operation, she was given enough time and a comfortable environment to rest and recover well. The nurses were especially kind, patient, and attentive, always I am also very grateful for the assistance provided regarding welfare support. A special thank you to Esther from the Welfare Fund Department, who was very helpful and supportive in assisting us throughout the process. Her kindness and dedication made everything much easier for us. Overall, we are very satisfied with the level of care and professionalism provided. Without a doubt, this is the best team I have ever experienced.
