I had a very good experience throughout my admission. The Emergency Team was very helpful and professional, especially Sn Syamimi, Sn Najwa, Sn Syahirah, Dr Syafiq, and Dr Naresh. The service at MDW1 ward was also excellent. All the staff were very kind and attentive. Special thanks to Sn Ju who took great care of me when I had a very high fever. I also truly appreciate Sn Wana, Sn Athilah, Sn Nisa, Sn Malar, and Sn Suganthie for being so patient and caring throughout my stay. They never seemed tired of handling my requests and always treated me well as a patient. Treatment from Dr De Kunalan was also very good with clear explanations that made me feel reassured and comfortable. Very recommended hospital for admission. One of the best hospitals with very efficient doctors, nurses and support staff. I would like to particularly mention about Dr.Naresh Kumar in the Emergency Department. He is very knowledgeable and is quick to diagnose our problems and comes up with suitable treatment plan. I found that he is quite empathetic towards patients' problems and gives them practical solutions in managing their issues. I would like to thank him for doing his best while treating my leg injury.
