Many thanks to Dr Joseph and Dr Ng Y.M. for their attentive towards my mother during her stay at pcsh. And not forgetting to thank PCSH welfare and Jeremy through out the application.

Thanks for Dr Daniel Wong, Dr Ng Yong Muh, Dr Ng Seng Loong take good care to my mum until her last breath and Jeremy Kwong assistance to my mother welfare claim. They are professional and understanding medical team. The hospital environment is clean, all doctors and staffs are efficiency, helpfull, supportive and patience. This is a good hospital. Once again thanks and appreciate.

The PCSH team is absolutely phenomenal. From the emergency department, to the staffs at the hospital and to the amazing doctors (Dr Seow Chu Tai and Dr Ng Yong Muh), the team at PCSH really deserve a lot of recognition for the work they do for the Perak community. Dr Seow and Dr Ng explained the issues very clearly and in layman terms and it was easy for the family to understand what the issues were. They treat patients with empathy and care, offer affordable healthcare and do not see patients as cash cows unlike other private hospitals. The rooms and facilities are truly first class. Nurses also provided very good care. I would definitely consider coming back to PCSH in the future. Keep doing the work you’re doing, truly a community hospital!!

Just got discharged today. The Dr did a good job. Perfect operation. Some hiccups during the discharged probably shortage of staff during national Day. I couldn't get my x ray report upon discharge. Nevertheless they r serious about their service, the customer service head has personally took up the responsibility to post my report to my home address on the next day. Thank you very much and also thanks Dr Ng still call me checking on my status although I had discharged from the hospital.

Room - abit small (but not holiday so is OK for my mum) Service - nurse and reception was very helpful and understanding Doctor - nice and professional person. (DR NG) Parking - very good. Special thanks Juliet ,Vikki and all nurses kind assistant during my mum operation. Friendly and helpful service.
