I would like to express my highest appreciation for the excellent service from Pantai Hospital. Thank you to Dr. Jayagant (Neurologist) for the treatment provided. Special thanks also to Dr. Vinayaga Moorthy (Orthopedic Specialist) who successfully managed my torn shoulder muscle surgery. After a year, I am now in a positive recovery phase. Furthermore, the hospital's attentiveness was evident when Ms. Sharifah from the Customer Service unit visited and attended to me today, even presenting a pen as a souvenir. Dr. Moorthy provided excellent treatment. The staff nurses on ward 3 were all kind and friendly, especially SN Hana. Izzat from customer service also visited me in my room, inquiring about the amenities and facilities at the hospital.
