Had a great experience during my endoscopy with Dr Paul Yap. He was very calm and cool throughout the process. The endoscopy department staff were also very cool. Everyone seemed relaxed but confident in what they were doing. I notice there were many Indonesian patients waiting to see Dr Paul as well,, and as an Indonesian myself, I can see why. Dr Paul does take the time to explain clearly and is not pushy about doing unnecessary tests. He alao speaks Indonesian quite fluently. 5 stars to Dr Paul Yap and his endoscopy team!

My mom went there and said Dr. Paul Yap is very professional in handling his patients. Personally, my mom was initially worried about undergoing an endoscopy and colonoscopy, but the procedures turned out to be not frightening at all and everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate the care and reassurance provided throughout the process.

A doctor that I can ask 1001 questions!!. the only doctor that i can text to ask for anything wrt to health. he will definitely reply you. A very positive and relax person, beside cool and calm. he diagnosed me clearly and really put me at ease. I am very impressed on how he treated his patients as if you are his close friend.
