I called to make an appointment with Dr. Bala on 30.03.2022 that I wanted to see him on 04.04.2022 around 3pm as he will start at 3pmm and then I made an appointment to see Dr Vanitha Hema at around 2pm the same day. I received an SMS on 02042022 from your hospital saying that my appointment with Dr. Vanitha is 2.15pm and with Dr. Bala 5.15pm on the same day This is very inconvenience to a patient. If it is a first come first serve basis then the hospital should not fixed an appointment time and at a time which is outside the 3.00pm - 5.00pm. Your operator whom took up the appointment was very unfriendly when I made this complain.

Dropping a review about Dr Vanitha Ratnalingam, who is a consultant ophthalmologist in this hospital.Dr Vanitha is a highly skilled surgeon with great clinical acumen and is professional and gentle and kind with patients.My family and I had a very positive experience when Dr Vanitha performed cataract surgery for my elderly mother. The surgery went very well. Dr Vanitha was very easy to talk to and she patiently answered all my questions regarding the surgery and post operative care ; not to mention that she followed up regularly to check on my mother's progress. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs to consult an ophthalmologist.
