Hello. I was just discharged from KPJ Seremban Hospital. I am happy with the service provided by Dr. Rosy Jawan and the Seri Menanti ward. All the nurses were kind and friendly, making my process very easy. I am also extremely satisfied with the service provided by the customer service staff at the lobby named Yus. Very helpful, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Yus also offered us drinks that were available in the lobby. Everything was excellent!

Dr Rosy - Wad Seri Menanti. Great experience in KPJ Seremban. Had nice treatment. Wad Labor Room - appreciate kind treatment from SRM Haslin, SRM Baiera.

Giving birth with Dr. Rozy was the best. The service was also excellent. The nurses in the Labour room were very helpful to me. My child was checked by Dr. Wilson. The Seri Menanti Ward was comfortable for me.

I just wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing experience I had at KPJ Seremban for my elective C-section. Dr. Rosy was really calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and confident. Also, thank you to Dr. Sum (Paediatrician) for taking such good care of my baby. It really gave me peace of mind knowing my newborn was in safe and gentle hands. Not forgetting all the nurses and staff, especially from Wad Sri Menanti — you all were so kind, helpful, and attentive. From the moment I was admitted until discharge, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The team was always there when needed, and the service truly felt warm and sincere. Overall, everything was just really well handled and in the best condition. Thank you for making this whole journey such a positive and memorable one for me and my family. Highly recommended ❤️
