Blood and urine infection This doctor is humorous, speaks gently, and his explanations are clear. He tried to figure out my ailments until he found the correct diagnosis. The sharing and single rooms in the hospital are very comfortable. Clean. There are clear instructions for prayer. The prayer space is also adequate. There is also a surau. The nurses are very good. Both ward and ICU nurses. In the ICU, the care was very meticulous. They ensured I was well looked after at all times. In the ward, they ensured I was always comfortable. Whatever I asked for, they tried to fulfill as long as it was something they could provide for me. If I am unwell, this hospital has been my go-to referral and the hospital I will go to since 2018. My file here is already thick. Regarding payment, since I use insurance, it was easy for me to be admitted. It's just that insurance has many queries, as usual, right? Oh yes, I use Mediexpress insurance. Overall, my experience at the hospital was very good. I am satisfied.
