The experience at KPJ Klang has consistently been the best, from the past to the present. In May 2023, I experienced hemorrhoid issues and requested assistance from account staff, Izwan, to see a female doctor. The staff member recommended speaking with Kak Linda for further details. She was very helpful and explained all procedures clearly, without omitting anything, before I saw Dr. Ji Shir Li. Dr. Ji Shir Li's bedside manner is truly exceptional. She is very soft-spoken and explained my condition in a very positive manner, which put me at ease. From admission to discharge, all appointments were facilitated and proceeded smoothly. Recently, on April 20, 2026, I returned for treatment of a breast lump. I saw Dr. Ji Shir Li again, and her care was still the same – full of kindness and professionalism. From the consultation, undergoing the operation, ward care, to the follow-up appointment, everything was managed very well. I've been there for operation 3 times. Dr Shir Li (General Surgeon) and Dr. Vijay (Gynaecologist) were very responsive and ensure that all my questions are answered. They work with me to address my health concerns rather than just telling me what to do. Before operation, they explained in details patiently and truly cared about me. My father has hand pain and I brought him to KPJ Klang to get consultation from Dr. Wong (Orthopaedic Surgeon). He was nice and takes his time with my father to listen to what my father told him very patiently. Doctor's clinic assistant also very polite and respectful. Kak Linda, Kak Ila and sis Jothi!
