I wish to express my highest appreciation and gratitude to the entire medical team, especially Dr. Azhan and Dr. Goh, the nurses of Level 1 East Wing, and the management of Columbia Asia Hospital Iskandar Puteri for the excellent treatment and care I received during my admission from February 5th to 8th, 2026.
From the first day of my admission, I truly felt the high level of professionalism, sincere concern, and respectful service from all staff. The doctors who treated me were not only knowledgeable and competent but also consistently took the time to explain my health condition clearly, calmly, and reassuringly, thereby instilling confidence and peace of mind in me and my family.
The nursing team, on the other hand, was highly dedicated, compassionate, and always attentive to patients' needs. Every task was performed with patience, smiles, and a caring attitude that made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient, not just a case to be treated.
Not to be forgotten, the hospital management was efficient in ensuring the smooth running of administrative affairs, ward cleanliness, safety, and a conducive and organized hospital environment. All processes proceeded smoothly and systematically, reflecting a competent hospital management focused on patient well-being.
