I had a very good experience at Gen Prime Everlink Clinic. The consultation with Dr. Bheena Vyshali was excellent. She explained everything clearly, provided detailed information, and patiently answered all of my questions, which made us feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the session. The clinic is very clean, modern, and appears to be newly maintained. The nurses were also very helpful and professional, especially during my wife’s blood test procedure, making the experience smooth and comfortable. We received a husband-and-wife fertility screening package for RM488, which we found to be reasonably priced and good value for the services provided. Another advantage is that parking is easy and convenient, making the visit hassle-free. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, professionalism, and facilities. Highly recommended for couples who are looking for fertility consultation and screening services.
